By day, Joe and Jeremiah partner as the co-directors of WeWork’s global art and graphics team in New York City. Their team is responsible for the design, creation, and curation of WeWork’s global art program. Outside of that, both Joe and Jeremiah each have their own practice as designers and artists working on range of personal studio projects and freelance commissions.
Joe’s personal work explores the balance and movement of line, shape, and negative space mixed with color, illustration, and environmental installation. His artwork has been shown in gallery shows and festivals across the country, while his art and illustration has been commissioned by everyone from De La Soul to one of the nation’s largest food festivals, EatsCon. Jeremiah’s work pushes the boundaries of contemporary graphic design and fine art through typography, pattern, and collage. His artwork has been exhibited in galleries and public mural festivals, while his graphic design work has been commissioned by brands such as AOL, West Elm, and Samsung.
While Joe and Jeremiah spend their days building and managing a global team, this will be the first time the two of them have collaborated on a large scale art installation in over a year. We are excited to have them join us at Bright Walls to share some of their new work together.
